Terms and Conditions of Use of the Digital Channel

1. Introduction

This document regulates access to and use of the ITC Perú Travel website (hereinafter, “the Digital Channel”), as well as the payment, cancellation, and refund policies applicable to the services offered. By using this Digital Channel, the user fully accepts the terms described herein.

2. Use of the Digital Channel

  • The Digital Channel is intended to provide information and allow reservations of tourism services.
  • The user agrees to provide truthful information and to use the site responsibly.
  • ITC Perú Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or limit access to the Digital Channel at any time.

3. Payment Policies

  • Prices published on the Digital Channel are expressed in local currency (Peruvian soles) or US dollars, as indicated.
  • Payment for services is made through the available methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or others).
  • Reservation confirmation is subject to payment verification

4. Cancellation Policies

  • The user may cancel their reservation by notifying ITC Perú Travel through official channels.
  • Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the service date will not incur penalties.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to the service date will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total value.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the service date are not eligible for refunds.

5. Refund Policies

  • Refunds apply only in the cases provided under the cancellation policy.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time will be 15 to 30 business days, depending on the financial institution.
  • No refunds will be issued for services already started or partially used.

6. Liability

  • ITC Perú Travel is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, local operators).
  • In cases of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, health emergencies), the policies of the providers involved will apply.

7. Personal Data Protection

  • ITC Perú Travel guarantees the confidentiality and security of personal data provided by users, in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection.
  • Data will be used solely for managing reservations and communications related to contracted services.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  • These terms are governed by Peruvian law.
  • Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
